This is a no-obligation call where you can ask questions, and we can both decide if we’re the right match to work together.

Booking Options
Sessions: Therapy is for adults only (18 years and above) and is available in person or by Telehealth (phone or secure video).
New Clients: You must go through the intake process before being able to use the online system. Please call or email to get started.
Current Clients: You can book online using the booking system in the menu bar. You are also welcome to call or email to make an appointment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need a referral from my GP?
• A referral is not required. However, a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP will allow you to claim a Medicare or Private Health rebate. As a Clinical Psychologist, the rebate you receive is higher than for a general psychologist.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Q: Is therapy confidential?
• Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential. The limits of confidentiality, such as safety concerns, are discussed in our first session.
