How I Work
In our work together, I often use experiential approaches, ways of working that go beyond talking alone. Because I’m trained in a range of modalities, we’ll choose what best fits your needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all path. This means we focus not only on your thoughts, but also on your emotions and your lived, somatic experiences. At times, I’ll also introduce practical strategies when they feel relevant and supportive. Everything we do is collaborative, so together we can find the approach that helps you create the most meaningful change.

My role is to help you uncover the hidden patterns holding you back and reconnect you with your inner clarity and strength. I work with thoughtful, capable people who are often feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Common areas we explore together include:

Who I Work With
I offer individual therapy for adults only (18 years and above).
To ensure I provide the most effective care, I do not work with NDIS or Workcover cases, eating disorders, or certain personality disorders. This focus allows me to provide the highest quality of care in my areas of expertise.
